Nison-in (2024)

Based on a field recording made at the Nison-in temple in Kyoto, Japan, focusing on the the sound of a sōzu heard on regular intervals as well as a soft, deep bell in the distance. This field recording is combined with synthesized sounds, as well as the clicking sound of the portable heater I use to heat my shō.
